About the program

Your clients’ selection of their Fiduciaries to administer their deaths is one of their most important decisions. Because each administration is unique in terms of the family dynamics, size of the estate, and types of assets, you may have clients who face a difficult decision when naming a successor trustee or choosing between their children and a corporate trustee. After administering hundreds of trusts, Kristin will discuss the pros and cons of each type of trustee. She will also share her experiences of working with a variety of individual, professional, private fiduciaries, and corporate trustees.  And she will talk about the benefits of trust protectors and flexibility of directed trusts.
